02. What is your minimum order quantity (M.O.Q)?

For our existing items in stock, in most cases :total order amount ≥ 50 USD (over 50 pcs for single item).
For customized products, need to negotiate with us.

03. What is your lead time?

Usually within 7 working days for small orders after receiving your payment.（normally the items listed on our website are in stock）
For customized products, 10-35 working days,it mainly depends on your order quantity.

04. What's your sample policy?

Most of our samples are free, customers need to bear express fee. 
For customized products,we need to calculate sample fee as per clients' custom demands ,and it can be deducted if client can place an order eventually 

05. Can you make the products as per our customization requirement?

Yes,of course.for all of our products, shapes,drawing,dimension,logo,packaging all can be customized.

06.How to place an order?

Second, we quote you the best price,lead time as per your feedback.

Third, confirm the order and arrange payment

07. What terms of delivery can you accept?

We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,DAP, DDP by sea, DDP by air (exporting port:Guangzhou,China). and you can also ask us to send the goods to your assigned shipping agent in China.

08.What are your shipping methods?

To ensure you receive goods quickly,we will not choose cheaper sea shipping and method without any logistics information.We will choose UPS,DHL,FeDex,UPS,SF_express.Also we can choose other shipping method as customer's request
